new experiment: add a short "README" with few comments.

1 global ocean using the cubed-sphere grid 32x32x32 with 15 levels

4 Specific option:
5 * Use Non-Linear Free surface formulation with z* coordinate
6 with real fresh-water flux.
7 * Oceanic set-up on the cubed-sphere grid using the vector-invariant
8 formulation.

10 Forcing :
11 use Monthly mean climatological forcing (except P-E-R, annual mean).
12 same data set as global-ocean lat-long experiments but interpolated
13 on CS-32 grid.

15 Comments:
16 * bathymetry :
17 designed to be coupled to Atmospheric model, therefore includes
18 most of the semi-enclosed sea (Mediterranean, Black-Sea, Red-Sea,
19 Hudson Bay ...)
20 bathy_cs32.bin: initial bathymetry
21 h < 0 is meant to stay wet-point whatever delZ(1) is ; Consequently
22 the global ocean area is not affected by the vertical resolution.
23 bathy_Hmin50.bin: bathymetry file used in the current set-up
24 generated from bathy_cs32.bin using matlab script mk_bathy4gcm.m
25 mk_bathy4gcm.m matlab script that deepen all shallow point up to 50m.
26 * global integral of E-P-R and annual mean net Q flux are zero.
27 * package therm_seaice and bulk_forc are included but not yet used.
