FILE REMOVED
Removed the redundant copies of CPP_EEOPTIONS.h in all experiments:
 o pretty much all copies were the same as each other but different from
   that in eesupp/src
 o the only use for CPP_EEOPTIONS.h was to turn on MPI which is handled
   by genmake2
This really shouldn't change any results and doesn't on faulks.
