Updated. Now works with a profiles package costfunction (cost is pH measurement) and IC ctrls (via generic package)
1 To make this work copy to your mitgcm/verification folder and then:

3 1) Compile with TAF in build_ad
4 E.G.
5 ../../../tools/genmake2 -mods ../code_ad -of ../../../tools/build_options/linux_amd64_gfortran -adof ../../../tools/adjoint_options /adjoint_default

7 2) The cd ../run_ad
8 cp ../../../verification/tutorial_global_oce_biogeo/input/*bin .
9 cp ../input/*bin .
10 cp ../input_ad/* .
11 cp ../build_ad/mitgcmuv_ad .

13 3) RUN IT!
