- add cube101:
        use the LLC270 parameters from
        MITgcm_contrib/ecco_darwin/v4_llc270/code
        MITgcm_contrib/ecco_darwin/v4_llc270/input
        but with some TBD modifications to
        make it more similar, but not identical, to cube92

        TBD modifications:
        1) KPP instead of ggl90
        2) GM/Redi off

        use bbl instead of downslope
