- profiles_prep_locate.m: cosmetic change
- profiles_prep_main.m: revise handling of dataset.addGrid option
- profiles_prep_write_nc.m: call profiles_prep_locate here rather
  than later in profiles_prep_main.m (in the case of dataset.addGrid)
- profiles_prep_tests_basic.m: extend range of valid salinities,
  rename profileCur.PorZisBAD as profileCur.isBAD, treat 'A'
  DATA_MODE the same way as 'R' DATA_MODE (both are real-time).
- profiles_prep_mygrid.m: use MITprof_write to generate new file,
  switch to bilinear (gcmfaces_interp_coeffs)
