add routines
        ecco_v4/insitu_diags.m
        ecco_v4/insitu_cost.m
        ecco_v4/insitu_misfit.m
that respectively replace the retired:
        ecco_v4/MITprof_stats_loop.m
        profiles_stats/MITprof_stats_cost.m
        profiles_stats/MITprof_stats_misfit.m
and are more in line with the gcmfaces/ecco_v4 routines
(I/O directories, write2tex, parameters, etc.)
