Annotation of /MITgcm_contrib/ESMF/interface_test/README

Quick build test component that does no numerical work. This setup can be used for validating 
the build and testing that the libraries etc... all link and run cleanly on different 
platforms.

build.sh       :: Script that controls the build of the component library

run/           :: Subdirectory for building code
