Configure and compile the code:
  cd build
  ../../../tools/genmake2 -mods ../code_ad -adof=../../../tools/adjoint_options/adjoint_staf [-of my_platform_optionFile]
  make depend
  make adall

To run:
  cd build
  ln -s ../input_ad/* .
  ln -s ../input/* .
  ./mitgcmuv_ad > output.txt_adm

There is comparison output in the directory:
  results/output.txt_adm
grep for grdchk output:
  grep 'precision_grdchk_result' output.txt_adm

Comments:
  The input data is real*4
