Configure and compile the code:
  cd build
  ../../../tools/genmake2 -mods=../code_ad -adof=../code_ad/adjoint_hfluxm [-of my_platform_optionFile]
  make depend
  make adall

To run:
  cd build
  ln -s ../input_ad/* .
  ln -s ../input/* .
  ./mitgcmuv_ad > output.txt_adm

There is comparison output in the directory:
  results/output.txt_adm
grep for grdchk output:
  grep 'grdchk output' output_adm.txt
