- change to only one time-record in files (previously, some had 2);
- rename (edge100.bin,edge+20.bin ->  ice0_area.bin ice0_heff.bin) and
  narrow band of low ice-concentration near N & S edge to just 2 rows (instead of 3)
- re-adjust relaxation SST.

change (for now, only fwd test) offline_exf_seaice experiment:
 re-entrant channel with idealized costline (trapezoidal shape) at southern
 boundary to explore seaice dynamics and thermodynamics with simple forcing.
