To apply the changes to the default configuration of MITgcmUV:
  cd bin
  ln -s ../verification/natl_box_forward/code/.genmakerc .
  ln -s ../verification/natl_box_forward/code/*.h .

Configure and compile the code:
  ../tools/genmake -makefile
  make depend
  make

To run:
  cd ../exe
  cp ../verification/natl_box_forward/input/* .
  mitgcmuv >&! run.out

There is comparison output in:
  diff run.out ../verification/natl_box_forward/output/run.out | more

Matlab comparison script:
  cd ../verification/natl_box_forward/matlab
  matlab
