Example: "Flow over a bump with Open Boundaries"

To apply the changes to the default configuration of MITgcmUV:
  cp ../verification/exp4/code/SIZE.h ../bin/
  cp ../verification/exp4/code/CPP_OPTIONS.h ../bin/
  cp ../verification/exp4/code/CPP_EEOPTIONS.h ../bin/
  cp ../verification/exp4/code/set_obcs.F ../bin/

Configure and compile the code:
  cd bin
  ../tools/genmake -makefile
  make depend
  make

To run:
  cd ../exe
  cp ../verification/exp4/input/* .
  ./mitgcmuv

There is comparison output in the directory:
 ../verification/exp4/results

Comments:
The input data is real*8.
