- add argument nNz (= number of levels) to S/R EXF_SET_OBCS_XZ &
  EXF_SET_OBCS_YZ ; disable S/R EXF_SET_OBCS_X & EXF_SET_OBCS_Y.
- fix for multi-threaded (assuming loaded arrays are shared).
