[MITgcm] Log of /MITgcm/pkg/aim/aim_calc

Clean up AIM package (and keep the results unchanged):
a) include CPP_OPTION and use IMPLICT NONE in all routines ;
  declare all the variables _RL ;
b) use _d 0 for all numerical constants in Physics package,
  so that the code works with g77 (and give the right answer)
c) use ifdef ALLOW_AIM everywhere so that the package can be
 compiled without increasing the memory size.
d) clean-up the AIM interface (remove commented lines, unused
  variables ...)

Adding AIM physics code as package along with simple
test.
So far only checked that code still compiles with
#undef ALLOW_AIM
Next step is to test the code in action!
Two things to note
  1. Modified genmake to have pgf77 defaults of
     r8, line longer than 72 and declaration checking off
     for files without IMPLCIT NONE. This is required
     to get Francos code to compile.

  2. Otherwise no changes to main code. Just package +
     verification test.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
