Various corrections:
 o implicitDiffusion was missing from PARAMS.h (obviously forgot to commit)
 o maskUp in calc_common_fact() is now correct
 o find_rho() now has the proper "referencing" for "LINEAR" eos-mode
   [also affected a call from dynamics()]
