96       within #ifdef EXF_LWDOWN_WITH_EMISSIVITY/#endif. Unless ocean_emissivity=1.
97       this factor is absolutely required, because the lw exitance (= out-going
98       long wave radiation) is emissivity*stefanBoltzmann*T^4 + rho*lwdown,
99       where the reflectivity rho = 1-emissivity for conservation reasons. Once
100       this is established, we can remove the CPP-Flag (if we want to).
