114       this factor is absolutely required, because the lw exitance (= out-going
115       long wave radiation) is emissivity*stefanBoltzmann*T^4 + rho*lwdown,
116       where the reflectivity rho = 1-emissivity for conservation reasons. Once
117       this is established, we can remove the CPP-Flag (if we want to).
