Added vertical diffusivity profile (T/S) due to Bryan and Lewis, 1979.
New parameters:
 diffKrBL79surf - surface diffusivity
 diffKrBL79deep - deep diffusivity
 diffKrBL79Ho   - turning depth for arctan function
 diffKrBL79scl  - depth scale for arctan function
This diffusivity is added to all other diffusivities. The defaults are
set so as to give zero diffusivity.
